Who am I?
Where do I even begin? It all started the day I was born… No, seriously. I know that’s a classic joke, but the day I entered the world was the day it gained another curious soul with a bold perspective.
The doctor took one look at me and said, “Oh… she’s a firecracker.” Flash forward a couple of decades, and that statement still holds true. I bring that same energy, curiosity, and boldness to everything I do, especially in advertising strategy and media.
I was born and raised in southwestern Virginia, a region built on the backs of coal miners and farmers. Because of my upbringing in a very small town, I had a lot of time to read, create art from whatever I could find outside, and really connect with the world around me. I had the opportunity to get to know people on a deeper level, which led me to become extremely interested in their passions and what drives them to act the way they do.
With a background in advertising and media, I've spent years understanding Gen Z and developing strategies that speak directly to their ever-changing, unfiltered lives. I believe in finding what makes people tick and using that to fuel creative solutions.
When I’m not strategizing, you’ll probably find me making a collage on Photoshop, eating some sort of pasta dish, or binging the newest season of Love Island.

What do you do?
I build strategies and media schedules that break through the noise, making brands feel real, relatable, and totally in tune with their audience. From creative campaigns to media buys and everything in between, I craft approaches that resonate, drive results, and keep things fun. With me, it’s like a constant fireworks show finale.
What is your Go-To Energy Boost?
A 32oz Raspberry Dream from Swig. Yes, I’m basic. No, I will not be changing.

How do you get into the zone?
Headphones (noise-cancelling, obviously). Tate McRae and Taylor Swift. Comfortable pants. My cat being respectfully unhelpful.
What makes your approach different?
I believe in strategy that connects. That means I’m not about fluff or doing things just because “everyone else is doing it.” I dig deep into insights, understand your audience’s world, and build a strategy that feels as authentic as it is effective
What’s your creative process like?
It's part brainstorming session, part strategy deep dive, and part magic. I start by uncovering insights that matter, then I get my hands dirty creating concepts and strategies that will work for you. I work collaboratively with clients to ensure the final product is as brilliant as it is impactful.
If you could instantly become an expert in anything, what would it be?
Definitely becoming a professional napper. Imagine knowing all the perfect nap techniques and always waking up refreshed. If only there was a PhD in that... If that’s not possible, I think that being an expert in slam poetry would be a flex.
